Your first twenty minutes
Four steps from a code to a video in a prospect's inbox. Step two is the one that decides how good everything else is.

Redeem the code
Go to app.outvid.ai/redeem, sign in or create your account, paste the code. No card. Bought more than one? Redeem them one after another.

Record your clone
Outreach → Clones → Create. One recording of 60 to 90 seconds, at least 90 if you have an accent, in a quiet room, talking the way you would on a call. No script, no photo.

Connect a sending account
Accounts → Connect. Start with the email address you already send outreach from. LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram connect the same way.

Send a small first campaign
Ten to twenty prospects, not two hundred. Outvid researches each one, writes a different script per person, renders the video in your voice and sends it. Read the first few scripts, then scale up.
If you outgrow it
Move to a monthly plan whenever you need more videos or more senders. Your lifetime plan is paused, not cancelled, and it comes back the day you leave the monthly plan. You never lose what you paid for.

Questions buyers ask
How many credits do I get, and what does a credit buy?
One code includes 300 credits, two codes 700, three codes 1,000. A personalised video costs 10 credits, so that is 30, 70 or 100 videos. Prospect research has its own allowance (60, 140 or 200 runs) and never takes from your video credits.
Where do I redeem my code?
At app.outvid.ai/redeem. Sign in or create an account, paste the code from your AppSumo purchase, done. You will not be asked for a card.
I bought two or three codes. How do I stack them?
Redeem them one after another on the same account. Each code adds to your credits, clones, team seats and sending accounts immediately.
How long can a video be?
60 seconds on every lifetime tier. That is deliberate: a one-minute video from a real person gets watched; a three-minute one gets skipped.
Is it really my face and voice?
Yes. You record one 60 to 90 second video and Outvid trains a clone on your real footage and voice. Every prospect sees you, with a script written for them. If you have an accent, record at least 90 seconds so the voice holds it.
Can I remove the Outvid branding?
Yes, on every lifetime tier. Watermarks are off, and under Branding you can hide the Outvid line on your prospect landing pages and use your own name, logo and favicon. Custom domains are part of the Scale and Agency monthly plans.
What happens if I outgrow the lifetime plan?
Move to a monthly plan whenever you like. Your lifetime plan is paused, not cancelled, and it comes back the day you leave the monthly plan. You never lose what you paid for.
What about refunds?
AppSumo's 60-day refund policy applies to the codes. Refunds go through AppSumo, not Outvid.
